Information you provide
When you submit an enquiry, you provide your name, email address, selected service and message. We use this information to respond and discuss your request. Please do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information in messages.
Form delivery
The contact form uses EmailJS to deliver enquiries when configured. Email delivery and infrastructure providers process information necessary to operate their services. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
Website analytics and preferences
When Google Analytics is configured, it measures website usage and successful enquiries. We do not intentionally send form names, email addresses or message contents as analytics event data. Your selected display theme is stored locally in your browser. You can manage browser storage and tracking through your browser settings.
Optional AI assistant
If you use the AI assistant, your submitted conversation is processed by the website's configured AI service to generate a response. The assistant may be unavailable when that service is not configured. Avoid sharing confidential or sensitive information. AI responses can be inaccurate; contact us to confirm project commitments.
Access, retention and requests
We use enquiry information for communication and related project administration, and retain it as needed for those purposes and applicable obligations. To request access, correction or deletion, email info@vitalitysols.com. We review requests subject to applicable requirements.
